I really think I am of sound mind. Here is where I must have had a relapse. The day I signed a contract with PROGRESSIVE leasing. There should be measures in place, to make sure Leasing companies may not use loopholes to be able to change the rates they are able to do. There is no doubt in my mind they should be paid, but at a FAIR rate. User's recommendation: Let’s work to improve our credit and put them out of business.
