Update by user Nov 06, 2019 Update: none, no response. I contacted the Oklahoma Attorney General's office and filed a complaint. I received a letter that my complaint was sent to Express. No response yet. Original review posted by user Oct 07, 2019 A check was mailed to them to pay off my car loan. The car was already repossessed and sold. I have not received a letter stating what I owe. Everytime I call, the rep or supervisor, they dont know anything either. It's been over a week since express received the check. I was told Express will take out what's owed, if any after the auction, and the rest sent to me. Can someone give me the auction company name and phone #? I need to know where in the process, this is. It's been nothing but *** between the new car company and express. I've already talked to an acct mgr and it gets me nowhere. I've written them before and no answer or call.
