I got the policy for my parents for 6 months, after staying for 5 months they had to leave earlier than scheduled, thus i requested for 1 month early cancellation of the policy and refund. I got the email back that cancellation has been done with no refund as in the first month I had submitted a claim(which btw has not been cleared yet). So I’m paying for a month of no coverage to Insubuy. That’s insane as I already paid approx $2900 to them in premium.
