Payed but didn’t get confirmation email

I booked an international airline ticket and then deducted the amount from my bank account and I did not get my ticket. I tried hard to contact customer service, but unfortunately all my calls and messages are ignored. I try to find a solution, thank you. User's recommendation: Be careful with those you deal so that they do not get into trouble.
