PATHETIC – “ABSA”

I recently moved to Cape Town and I am supposibly one of ABSA's highly valued Platinum customers, I tried to do a change of adress with them after doing everything they asked of me my acc. was suddenly cut off with out warning I could get no money from any of my acc. or use internet banking. I have been struggling for 4 days with them now I have spoken to the bank Manager 6 times and what pathetic service they are even taking other calls while on the phone with me 078 672 ****. I will be changing my bank.
