The building in which i reside has been without elevator service for two days. The only update we have received is that thyssen is sourcing the parts. How does a large servixe provider not have parts on hand? I cant imagine the number of elderly, sick or imobile people stuck in their units or lobby. At the very least an estimate on time to siurce the parts? Maybe then people can make appropiate arrangement to find temp housing. You cant even get a pizza in here.
