Parts dept awful
Needed a hub cap for my 2017 Jayco Redhawk. Parts dept was next to useless. Suggested I call a Chey dealer as they made the chassis. To sell you a motor home you get instant attention but parts and service you can wait till *** freezes over. I feel that they should be there for you to maintain your vehicle after they sell it to you. This is a large dealership and when I called the phone rang and rang. I had to call back again and they had to search for the parts person. I had a similar experience with the service dept. My vehicle had a service recall. I called service and again no one was there but at least this time I was able to leave a message. It didn't matter because no one returned my call.
