Paid Loan off in January and early. Still no lien release.

I paid my vehicle off in January and paid the loan off early!!!!! I am currently still waiting on my lien release. I have called and emailed them. The number they give me to call now only has a busy signal. Pretty *** customer service for an early pay customer. User's recommendation: Do not borrow from this lender...
