Paid for my product but can’t track it even with a tracking #

Bought the first machine and loved it. This new one is just making me mad. Unless you are just purchasing one you can not get help. I finely got an email with a tracking # and no matter how many times I entered it, it took me to some stupid site. I work long hours and need to know when it is arriving or if its arriving. I will never buy from him again. Only Amazon Prime. I did get one good agent out of 5, her name is Melva. Four others sucked. Haven't got it yet but tracking and wondering if it is coming is horrible. I gave a 2 star on billing because if you take 96.00 from me I ought to know what the *** is going on. and 4 days later I don't. I am being honest!! User's recommendation: very great product but a pain to get include support.
