On Jan 29th 2017 I went to the https://vivosun.biz/ website and purchased a Ring Pro Video Doorbell. It was stated that it might take 7 to 14 working days for the order to be fulfilled. They said 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. I paid with PayPal. After having waited the 14 working days I emailed them both from the website contact page and from support@***.biz. I sent 4 emails over a course of a few days asking for a status update with my order which was still showing as paid but not filled. I never received anything back from them. I have opened a dispute over the changes with PayPal but I wanted to warn anybody about making the same mistake I did about ordering from them.
