Paid for a full year and sight does not work

I had used photo bucket as a free image uploading sight and uploaded many photos. The they started charging so about 2 months ago I signed up for an entire year and paid for it off my CC, unfortyunately the website now does not work for me. No customer service emails work, no phone numbers available for tech support, how do I get my money back??? User's recommendation: Never.
