Paid extra to have flowers delivered by 12pm & flowers were @ 3:30pm

I was sending flowers to a friend but needed them delivered before 12pm before she was due to leave for the airport. Not taking time to read their reviews I chose "You Flowers" ordered a bouquet of flowers AND paid extra to insure flowers were delivered by 12pm..well 12pm came and No flowers, drove my friend to the airport....called You Flowers complained and around 4:30pm flowers were left on door step without our knowledge....NEVER EVER EVER again...Oh and the flowers were so pathetic looking, im glad my friend wasent here to see themmm...BEWARE "YOU FLOWERS" terrible!!!!!!!!
