I have ordered snuggle fabric softener twice. The first order was not delivered because the item was damaged (leaking). I reordered the snuggle and received it today, the package was damp and when I opened it the snuggle was in a plastic bag and the lid was wrapped with paper, the paper was soaked and the bag had a lot of softener in it. I checked the lid and it was not very tight, I attempted to save as much of the softner as possible, the bottle is about 1/2 full now. I am very disappointed and very angry because of the mess. The lid was not tight and the bottle leaked!!! I learned a lesson today, to never buy any liquid items from jet.com.
