Package that has not been delivered in a month

I am complaining about a pkg that never made to my husband for a whole month. It has been up and down New York and then when the employees at SLIC 1119 told me that they do not look for pkgs on a trailer if it is only one was absolutley disrespectful, when I know for certain that its not true. The 800 reps told me that the reason it was sent back was because it was in the hub for 5 days and that was a lie. they called to tell my husband that the pkg was there, he drove 30 minutes to the hub only to be told that they cannot find it but they would go look. The next day when I called I was stold that it was on a trailer and they tried but could not locate it. So in essence you told my husband that a pkg wa there and you had it when you did not That is lying. I have been on a many of trailer looking for pkgs for my customers, because it's our job to ensure they get their pkg. Now that it is being RTS it s been sitting at SLIC 7519 for two days today makes the 3rd day and has not moved. This is the shippers hub and I cannot for the life of me understand why its just sitting and when I call this hub no one knows anything. I have never treated any customer that I have had at UPS this bad if at all. We really need to change the way we do things. My husband is very angry and someone or several people need to be held accountable for this run around that has been a month. If they gave me the run around I can only imagine how they really treat customers. 1Z3E784W4261622708 when it came back the second time it wasn't even an attempt to delv. and we gave the 800 reps the address almost six times and they still did not do it. They didn't put any of the notes in the system at all. This is ridiculous coming from the 800 reps and these two hubs.
