I sent a LG D959 to service dept in Astoria NY. It was delivered on 2/5/18. However, I have emailed and called on numerous occassions. I have been givem the entire run around regarding a phone I purchased. I have decided to call the better business bureau and my state's attorney general. It is almost 3 months and still no response. I am HIGHLY PISSED OFF! THIS COMPANY SUCK AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BY ANYTHING ELSE FROM CHUBBIESTECH!
