Overly charged.

Customer service representatives were exceptionally generous, kind & patient. Their helpfulness was through the roof. The absolute best customer service Ive received in a LONG TIME!!! And my problem was QUICKLY resolved! User's recommendation: Always provide honest & accurate information.
