I made the mistake of not getting them to write me an estimate before the work was done. Now the job is done, and they have charged me more than $1,000 over the price of quotes I have gotten from multiple other plumbing companies. Their hourly rate is $137.50 for a plumber, and another $52.00 an hour for a "helper". Total of $189.50 an hour (was told this by the owner when questioning why my bill was so high). The first plumbing company I found in the phonebook and called to compare that price was $80 for a plumber and $40 for a helper, so it's not hard to find another company that will beat their prices. If you contact them and they give you a lower price, then they lied to me and that should show you just how trust worthy of a company they are.
