Over 40 days still NO product that I ordered.

Order placed January 7,2019 received order number and payment number the same day. Inquired on order status January 30,2019 again February 5,2019 again February 8,2019 and again February 18,2019. Every time I receive the same reply that it will take 7 to 10 business days. They took my money and have NIT sent my order and Will NOT respond to my request on shipping status just the same generic response.
