Over 3 years phone isn’t working – Bayamon
My parents (senior) have had the residential phone damaged for more than 3 years, placing call after call and no one have the decency to fix the phone. Tech supervisor send to the house a tech, after scheduled a tech to come to the house never showed, one time a tech showed up made a mess told my mom I’ll be right back and never came to clean the mess he left. You call the main number and talk to customer service and for them to submit the information take forever, don't know how in the world this company is so slow when they promote internet! yesterday was on the phone resolving an issue and took me over and hour, today called again and took me 1 1/2 to continue with the situation from the prior day and was transfer with 4 different people. I don't want claro no even for free. the worst service ever. if God forbid my parents have a medical emergency or any kind of emergency and the phone is not available, I will hold Claro responsible for any situation of life, dead, or threat for my mom or dad.
