Outdated Product, Horrible Customer Service

This software is completely outdated and has poor functionality and costs as much as the leading customer management programs. 1) Does not integrate with box, dropbox etc... 2) Does not natively integrate or push info to any calendaring program automatically. 3) No dashboard showing daily task lists. Must go into individual client file which makes the program unworkable for even small caseloads. 4) HORRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We spoke with Jessica Moore (the only rep) who was rude and did not offer to compromise any solution to a year contract when we found the product unusable. Please avoid this product at all costs. You will avoid many headaches and save money.
