WesBanco bought our United/ Citizens Bank, in the last part of 2018. They sent out letters and instructions about the merger. I did exactly as the letter stated to sign in on the new website. It locked me out. I spend three days trying to get them to answer their phone. Finally on day four, after 44 minutes on hold, they answered. They knew absolutely nothing about my account. Then they find a joint acct with my husband. I had submitted my POA to the bank, when it was Citizens. They refused to speak to me. I asked them how to restore the mobile banking. They told me to apply on the website to have my account online. I followed their instructions. The website then told me it would take 2 business days to confirm the account. Never heard a word again. It has been 8 days with no money, no working ATMS, AND no help at the branch office. No one knows anything!
