Our Hotel was filthy and we couldn’t stay in it. They charged us 391& for a filthy room we had to find us another hotel

My confirmation number is 238752****. The door lock was broken and I have 15 pictures of just how dirty it was. Im not pleased with this. I have used book it for years and never been done like this ever. User's recommendation: I would not even let my dog stay in this hotel.
