Ordered, paid and never received anything!

I ordered 2 flashlights back in May and have not received them. The last tracking info was on June 17th when it was leaving an airport in China. Now their website is down and there is no contacting them, so I am going to ask for a refund. This is truly unacceptable to not be able to get anything as far as communication or tracking on something that should have been here months ago. Scam if you ask me, so I am going to PayPal. User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from them!!!
