Ordered Furless pet product and did not received them

I have ordered Furless pet products and after 30 days (30 days guaranteed delivery) I rang the 1800 00* 006 number and was told that they have cancelled my order due to them not being able to contact me prior to delivery. I was also told that because of that they did not charged for it. But in my bank statement they have collected the $33.97. Now I am with no product and out of pocket.

》 Check that the machines are soundless as advertised. I bought two costing me nearly $1,000 including postage and cannot hear my TV over the sound. I also can’t use in my bedroom as too noisy. $1,000!!
