Ordered 1 animal fries and waited for 1 hour

I came in on June 2nd at 9.10 pm , ordered 1 animal fries. The cashier was Zach and I waited patiently for 20 minutes. Then i went to the cashier, talked to stevenson and he apologize and took my receipt. My order number was 24. Then I waited again for another 40 minutes until i had enough and went straight home. This happened at In n Out burger Tustin. It’s just an animal fries for christ sake!!!!
