Order wrong. Menards wont respond

After contacting the escanaba Michigan store I have not had any luck it's held up my job and cost me thousands of dollars I would like a resolution to this to get my correct order to me today I can be reached at 352-444-**** User's recommendation: Work with contractors in your area.
