Order paid online but was refused my food

I ordered online for Subway on Livernoise in Detroit and when I went to pick it up they said they never got my order. My debit card was charged 33.14. I had a email confirmation with my order &;;;;; payment confirmation. I showed the man & he said there is nothing he can do about it. He tried to tell me Subway did not charge my card & I let him hear my last 10 transactions on my debit card. He still never did anything & there was NO MANAGER. I waited for a manager to come in TWO DAYS later & he was a *** and refused to make my food. So I still have no food I purchased or my money back. I even reached out on Subway online and have n heard anuthing food.
