order nr. 5530470 of 21.03.2019 for the amount of 1050 chf/ wrong product is sent

I received the wrong type of chairs and want you to arrange their collection back at your cost as soon as possible and return my money - 1050 CHF in full as that is an obvious mistake of the supplier or wrong presentation of the goods - see the photos attached. These chairs are on offer on your website again: https://www.eboutic.ch/sale/37375/all/510698. I am very disappointed with your customer service as my e-mails are never replied to - the first one was sent on the 13.05.2019 on the day of the receipt of the wrong items (Nous avons bien reçu votre demande (#242423) et ne manquerons pas de vous répondre dans les plus brefs délais.) and there is only answering machine on your phone number [protected] suggesting I should send an e-mail to [protected]@eboutic.ch which, again, is never replied to.
