Order not fulfilled and no explanation

Ordered a printer on July 20, 2020. Promised delivery date was July 22, 2020. On July 22, received an e-mail saying that when the driver attempted to deliver the printer, it was not on the truck. After that message, silence. Took a look at tracking. It is stuck in the "shipped" mode. Tried the chat line. No response. E-mailed the complaint, the response was that it may take 3 to 5 days just to get back to me. It does not appear that Office Depot is in the business of customer service. User's recommendation: Just realize that promised delivery dates are not reliable and responses to issues very slow.
