Dear Cusotmer Service, my order E00991**** from the 20th of July is showing as delivered, but I didn't receive it. DPD scanned it as delivered on the 26th (12:29 German time). I contacted DPD, they are still investigating, but told me to get in touch with you as well. What's the further process?
