Order placed December 23, 2016 has not been received! Credit card was immediately charged! No shipping information has been received! Several emails have been sent regarding this order and have not been returned! The contact phone number is "not a working number". What does it take to get information regarding an order? I just want a refund for my undelivered merchandise and can get no where with this company!!!
