I tried calling the office in Winnipeg, on phone for 1/2 hr no response. Have also sent an email to Old Navy no response. My order was to be delivered Thursday, July 7 and came on Wednesday, not home? Will not be picking up my order from Sargent Ave, as this is totally inconvenient, wanted to change to Staples, Pembina Hw, Wpg. Am not pleased with Old Navy or FedEx and will not be recommending either for on line orders. Please return my order and credit. Thank you. Irene Waylett 406-25 Van Hull way Winnipeg, Manitoba.
