Only was given 4 days for extensions

On Thursday I called for a payment arrangement was given one til Tuesday of the next week. I wasn’t able to get it in 4 days so I thought I would’ve be given 7 more days but only was given another 4 2 days before my paycheck. I begged to hold my service on til Friday due to Monday I was admitted to the hospital and have to kids at home while I’m in here. Kids that are 16 /8 ...the consumer service representative didn’t care at all I begged for 2 more days ...they care bout our money but not our families... in 2 days if I would’ve payed then cut me off but 4 days for extensions is not right during the holidays... I hate gulf power why we can’t have another power company? The new Gulf Power is only for money
