I ordered 2 tickets in May for a football game in September on Ebay. Superstartickets indicated that I would receive the tickets 4 days before the game. I did not. When I tried to go back to them on Ebay, they are no longer there. I had to file a complaint with Paypal. Because I did not want to disappoint my godson, I ordered 2 tickets online from StubHub and received them instantly. Paypal notified SuperStarTickets and my tickets arrived. When I called them to explain that I did not want their tickets, they were belligerant and insisted that they sent them. They did not. I am stuck with two additional tickets the day before the game. I am an honest consumer and rarely complain about anything. This was a $300 mistake. I will avoid ever using SuperStarTickets ever and would warn others about their poor business practices.
