Online flower delivery

Order number 3034685. Flowers were promised delivery 9th feb, still nothing 12th feb. Custoemr service live chat ineffectual with no answers. Requested refund online, but cant get through to them. False advertising to say flowers will be delivered same day if delivered before 1pm/ They were more expensive. I would have ordered with someone else who was better value for money, but the delivery timeframe was the most important thing to me. I have requested a refund, the time lapse now makes the flower delivery irrelevant. Booked for Victoria, Vancouver Island
