Ongoing delayed delivery
My due delivery date for my Haier (QCAS740RMSS) has now been changed five times. Can some please give me an honest answer? I contacted the Haier offices asking if they could tell me why I'd been told several times that my order for a range had been delayed. I wasn't angry, just frustrated. When I spoke to a representative, he was cordial and explained the situation to me. I realized that a lot of delays were attributed to the Covid19 epidemic but he elaborated on the chain involved from a customer ordering and ultimately receiving a product. He also explained that ETR was just an estimated time of arrival and might change. Change it did. I guess my beef should be with the company I purchased my range from ( The Brick). The sales clerk who I placed my order convinced me that I should expect delivery as outlined on my sales receipt. I was assured only to be let down on several occasions. User's recommendation: The company itself was not to blame for delays in my delivery. If the sales person who I placed my order through had been forthright with me I wouldn't have pursued the matter. I suppose she was more interested in making a sale than the customer's interests.
