Nothing deliverable, no email reply, rude phone rep

Holiday shopping. Ordered two pairs of boots, one on clearance mismarked on website, price and shipping date were email confirmed. Days later texted me to call them, and they declined to honor posted confirmed price. Also delayed shipping on second pair of boots despite confirmed date and would not be shipped til after Xmas, two weeks after confirmed date. Third, did not email the promo egift card from sale order. Phone rep literally argued it was sent. No it was not. I get tons of emails but nothing as promised. Lastly upon my request to cancel these orders as they were not to be shipped, phone rep said she'd "ask them". Who is "them?" and why are they giving me a hard time since my card was charged and nothing shipped? Poor attitude. Poor website. Poor email service. Poor phone service.
