Where do I start? The reps seem nice enough at first and even helpful, but it does not last long. They do that to bring you on board. Then they deliver poor customer service. You can give them the details of a potential trip, and it will fall on deaf ears even if you attempt to work with the same person. They always tell you how busy they are fulfilling customer requests and make you wonder, "I thought that's what I am, hmm." They use to refund you your savings, then they stopped, and honestly, you cannot tell if you got it or not if you book like a tour or something. The long-term rentals are pretty substandard, and I've never liked the timeshare locations they put you in, which are typically not well kept. There are even hidden fees once you get to the site for all-inclusive ones. Beware because they will cancel your membership and not give your refunds. I would not recommend using their services. You can do better with a travel rewards credit card or work directly with the tour companies. There is nothing extra special about their memberships or service. User's recommendation: Stay away.
