*SOLVED

I rented a uhaul truck on July 2, 2021. In the process of trying to park off the road I knocked a persons bumper off. I paid for the insurance and was told to file a claim with rep west. I have made several attempts to get in touch with them so the matter can be resolved and these poor patient ppl need it fixed!!! I have even tried going to the BBB to get things resolved and there not affiliated with the BBB.
