Not paying for charge for flight9 and want the charge put back on my credit card

Have representatives call 402-218-**** we have put a dispute in with credit card &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; not paying for flight due to POOR customer care and your representative Cherry working the gate on 9/18/20 confirmed and apologized for the mishap due to the poor cbare my husband Randy Suverkrubbe &; friend Karl Brown received the evening of 9/18/20 confirmation code:RDHRTQ. Please read notes since we've contacted airlines twice & credit card company that we're disputing charge & want a reimbursement on card NOT a credit since we will no longer be using your airlines.
