Not one response

I ordered a beautiful wedding dress, it said me all over, I based my wedding around this dress. I cant count all the emails I sent and not one response as to where the *** is it? I am so upset bc I have heard nothing. So now I have a couple weeks to find another User's recommendation: Just don’t bother ordering anything.
