Not honoring reservations

We reserved a vehicle through priceline for Payless rental a month in advance for Indiana airport. Our flight arrives at 10:40pm. When we went to the rental counter there was a line with multiple people upset because the manager Rachel told the clerk to decline all reservations because they are out of cars and did not have the fleet to support be reservations. This seemed to be a known issue for this airport and left MANY stranded. User's recommendation: Prepare to Uber, don't trust you will get results.
