I was very careful of only entering your site for the purchase. Before I take any action as a consumer. I request you disclose all facts and persons of contact you have made your false determination. You go on to say this was an automated process for verification. I can have someone directly from Dell to submit a statement of sale, rather than relying on an automated system. Before I do this let my credit card process to show I purchased the items I'm disputing. They should be posting my charge very soon as the computers are being made. Also did you make sure that the time of the sale was reviewed as I had given you the exact time of the purchase according to their records. My order was processed yesterday and my credit card with pending charges was as of today. Are you the CEO of Be frugal? If not who is the CEO and address? It is also unfortunate this process will lead to consumer action on my part. Every company has ways to address serious problems like this. I'm sure the Dell company would pay your company commission and in turn I would be paid. We seem to have an ongoing problem with Dell and your company. It appears something is wrong what is going on and I need someone to talk with with Dell. You and I have gotten no where regarding this process by you only telling me it is computer generated. Before I contact various consumer sites I give you a final chance to give me information "who" you have an agreement with Dell so I can put this matter to bed. I recently noticed another instance where Dell verified payment (see below) and then reversed payment.
