Not happy with this company

If I would of knew that this company is so unreliable with CS and everything else overall I would of took a policy with another company. Website is terrible. No options to review my own policy or make payments, no contact information. Plain as a bagel. How are you still in business?? User's recommendation: Be smart with your insurance options.
