I had my card expiration date last December and, anticipating the date, I submitted my request for reissuing the neq card 2 week prior the expiration date. I have never received the physical card, even though I was able to issue a digital equivalent. I contacted the support and they said that the card was on my way and I have to wait. They said that the times for delivery were longer than usual due to the current situation and that I should have called the post service. It was kind of rude in itself and moreover, I still have not received my credit card! It has been a month of nervous waiting.
