Not fixing problems in the 30 day warranty
We report to the dealer that we bought the RV from the day we received it that there was a soft spot in the floor. I'm 500 miles away from the dealer, and they didn't want to help me fix it. They told me that if I could bring it back they would work on it, but I would have to pay for it. All that I would like now is someone from Forest River to call me, so maybe they can help me do it myself. I have the VIN #, I just need to have the under body floor plan, so I can see what the problem is. User's recommendation: Fine a different RV dealer closer to home.
