Came out charges over $750.00 to replace outside fan blade ( and replaced motor because they claim they could not get screws out of motor ) a couple weeks later the line to house was freezing up and as we ALL know this is because it was low on freon. When we called company back to add freon they wanted to then replace entire unit. Spouted out how we could have legal issues if we called anyone to replace freon. Then charged another $85.00 . We called a competitor freon was added and found a leaking Schrader valve Fixed cheap and quick. We asked them to refund the at least the $85.00 and they refuse. USE ANYONE OTHER THAN SERVICE EXPERTS COOLING AND HEATING. They are ANYTHING but service Experts!!!
