I was constantly given the runaround, lied to, transferred, hung up on, and given a variety of different numbers. When asked to have a supervisor return my call, I was told it could take up to 24 hours for them to call me back. When asked for the corporate number, I was told they didn't have it! I have conducted several reviews on this company, since 10/17/2020, and this Austin guy keeps responding for the company. Acting as if he and his team are willing to look into my claim.
