Non-refund of cruise cost

My wife and I had to cancel our cruise for two reasons - 1) Covid-19; 2) I am medically high-risk and exposure to Covid-19 would be a death sentence. We supplied irrefutable medical records supporting the necessity of trip cancellation. AON only reimbursed us for 75% of the cruise fare. It should have been 100% based on the insurance policy coverage for cancellation for any reason at any time. I will never again use AON. User's recommendation: Do NOT use AON.
