NO RMA# JUMP THROUGH ENDLESS HOOPS TO GET REBATE AND RETURN SHIPPING AND DISCOUNTS

Hard to contact them on phone. They demand proof of purchase to get free shipping and rebates even though they sent you the products. They make you provide documentaion that you puchased it as if they do not have a record of it. Also, ordered on line, it did not confirm that I order it. So I ordered same thing again. Then confirmed I ordered so did online canceling of order but they did not cancel. So they sent me double orders, charged over $300 dollars instead of $150. Then you have to pay return shipping and hope they reeimburse you. If they cant even see that you really ordered something how would you get them reemburse a return? No RMA#. Everything is made so hard you tend to give up as I did on returning extra items. And after talking to supervisor, I am still not reassured will get rebate on shipping as advertised.
